Thank you for your interest in our Special Needs Ministry. We know that families with special needs children or adults can often feel isolated and discouraged. The Special Needs Ministry is an available resoruces to encourage each memeber of that family. Here at First Baptist Church of Eugene we have created an unique ministry that strives to bring hope and encouragement to everyone involved in these wonderful families. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or conerns. We are here to offer you the opportunity to experience worship and growth spiritually as well as; for your special needs loved one.
This Ministry is Designed for Individuals Identified with significant Physical, Emotional or Cognitive Disabilities.

Families with special needs children or adults can often feel isolated and discouraged about the lack of church resources dedicated to accommodate their desire to be a part of the church family.
We Will Provide
- Volunteers trained by special education professionals.
- Mainstreamed class room structure with one-on-one supervision when required.
- Tailored individual attention.
- Wheel char access (assistance provided).
- Support groups.
When:
First Service (8:45am)
Individual attention for your child with the age group of your choice.
Second (10:05am) and Third Service (11:25am)
Individual attention for your child with the age group of your choice. A private special needs room is also available.
